WooCommerce product category pages are showing an empty page with no products

Hi, I have an issue with the product category pages in WordPress. When I added a breadcrumbs trail to my website, I noticed that the product category pages are displaying as empty, with no products listed, even though the category count shows that there are products available. As you can see in the screenshot, these are the lists of the categories.

Now, I did troubleshoot by checking the categories, and they are properly tagged to the products that I have. I assume it might be an issue with some of the plugins or the theme we’re using. I checked the permalink settings and flushed them, but the category pages are still empty.

What could be the possible cause of the products not displaying on my category pages? Is it a conflict with the theme or plugins that I am using? I would appreciate it if you could help with this issue. My website link is (http://www.amytwon.com/shop/)

Hi, thanks for looking at this. I left a secure note and hope you can help me with it.

Hi @Curiouser,

I have investigated your website and recognize the problem; there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I found the child theme has a few WooCommerce customizations. I would suggest you activate the parent theme temporarily and check if that works for you.
Please remember that we don’t offer any support for custom code, and suggest you hire a developer who can assist you with the customization, or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer questions beyond normal theme support.

If that does not work, I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from custom code or 3rd third-party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins, unless you are subscribed to One. If not subscribed, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author.
Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins, unless you are subscribed to One service.
If none of the above helps, please copy your live site to a staging server so we can troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access to the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks
