Woocommerce ... Postcode Optional

Not 100% certain where to get help with this one; here, woocommerce or event tickets!?

On a checkout on this site https://humdrumfestival.co.uk/cart/ it is saying the postcode is optional when it isn’t and woocommerce Checkout Manager agrees, citing the field as enabled and mandatory!

A customer has left this field blank, proceeded to pay by PayPal who also say it’s necessary. The customer is a little vague after that as she said she doesn’t then get returned to the page. Every test I have conducted though takes me immediately back to enter the postcode.
I just need to ensure the field doesn’t say optional but can’t establish which culprit is respnsible for saying otherwise!!!

Hi Tia,

The Postcode is mandatory by default in Woocommerce and this is not related to our theme and it is the functionality of the plug itself.

You can change that by customizing the plugin. The customization is outside of our support scope and we will not be able to implement it for you, but we will do our best to show you how to do that.

You need to install the Child Theme and then follow the instructions mentioned here.
