How can I export order & user accounts from my LIVE website to my STAGING site?

Hopefully, you can help me out with this… because I am stressing out about this and I don’t know how to do it

To export/import customer order and customer, it would require custom development or you can use WooCommerce Extensions to achieve it. You can also search for the plugin in the WordPress plugin repository. Please note that we have not tested the plugin at our end so we can not recommend any of the plugins.
