WooCommerce One Page Checkout and Product Addons Bug

I am using both WooCommerce One Page Checkout and Product addons plugins. The Product Addon fields are not showing up when using the One Page Checkout. WooCommerce support helped me debug and the plugins work find with other themes, but do not work on Pro Theme. It sounds like a bug in Pro Theme.

This is a paid Pro Theme with support and I can’t find out how to fix or open a ticket.

Thank you for doing a theme switch test beforehand to isolate the issue. We are open to investigating 3rd party plugin conflicts but it is IMPORTANT to note that we cannot guarantee a fix nor compatibility with certain 3rd party plugins.

Since investigating plugin conflict requires that we disable other plugins, it’s best that you copy your site to a staging server where we could do the necessary tests.

With that said, please provide the following information in a Secure Note.

  • URL where we could see the issue
  • Staging WordPress Login URL
  • WP Admin username and password
  • Staging FTP access (ask your web host if you’re not familiar with this)

Thanks for creating the staging server, but we required the login credentials and other details too as mentioned by my colleague in his comment.
