Woocommerce Navbar cart - not updating product quantity

Hello, i have the next question:

I have update the x theme and cornerstone plugin and now i have an issue with the navbar cart item.
It has set the “outer content” field to show the total number.

Before the update this number updates automatically when I add some item to the cart but now I need to refresh the page to see the number updated.

http://simagro.com.uy/ > this has an old version of theme and pagebuilder and the quantity number updates correctly
http://simagrostaging.wpengine.com/ > this has the last version of theme and pagebuilder and when you add some product to the cart it will be no refreshed unless you refresh the page.

Can you help me to solve this issue?

Thanks for reaching out.
Please note that a few hours ago we have released another version of the theme with some fixes, I would recommend you to update your theme to the latest one.
I would also suggest you follow the below steps while updating to the latest version of the theme.

  1. Delete the Cornerstone
  2. Update the X theme to the latest version i.e 8.3.3 on automatic updates
  3. After the X theme is updated, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be at the latest version

If that does not resolve your issue, there might be some different reason behind your reason, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Child Theme Related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hi @tristup, thanks for your answer.

I have tried the steps you recommended but had no luck solving the problem, I need to refresh the page to see the count number over the cart icon updated.

I know that the problem was caused when updating X Theme, because I have backups in wpengine and I was updating 1 x 1 plugins and these did not generate the problem, instead the problem appeared when updating the X Theme.
(Also in the production environment I updated all the plugins and I did not update the theme and it works correctly)

I have tried using the parent theme instead of the child to make sure it is not a conflict with the customizations and the problem still exists.

There is a plugin called Woo Side Cart that displays a panel with the added products, I tried to disable it and still the problem remains.

I finally deleted the custom JS and it didn’t fix the problem either.
