We are having an issue with woocommerce where it’s that it’s not displaying the full description, upsell or related items.
They are not being output at all so it’s not a css issue at least. The summary description, price and add to basket buttons appear to be fine.
I’ve turned off all plug-ins that relate to the woocommerce with no luck.

I checked and yes, I see that they don’t display even they’re enabled under Appearance > Theme Options > WooCommerce.
Do you have WooCommerce template modifications? If so, would you mind removing all modifications for troubleshooting?
I logged in to your server but I see a different theme so it looks like you’ve given us the wrong account. Please check.

Apologies… I set up the ftp on the wrong account… That’s been corrected… Details updated.
We are using the child theme with only one modification in the functions.php but removing it made no difference.

After testing several solutions, it’s just in the end that I discovered that the Theme Options was not connected to the Customizer settings. I enabled the WooCommerce tabs in the Customizer and they showed up. This looks like a bug. I’ll post this to our issue tracker so our development team when they go through the list of reports.

Hi… I just realised that the upsell items still don’t appear to be displaying… The item shown above should have 2.

You need to enable Upsells from your Customizer settings (Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce).
Now check your product and it should render your upsell products.

They are now showing thanks… They appear not to be connected to the settings to turn it on in the theme options.
