Woocommerce Linked Products

I have the latest release of Pro, WordPress and all plug-ins. I have Woocommerce products with Linked Products Cross-sells set-up. I cannot delete a product in the Cross-sells area once it has been added. I click on the x to remove it, save the product, and then go back into the Linked Products area and the product I “deleted” is still in the Cross-sells area. I have turned off all caching and the problem continues. I have provided the login information.

A product to look at is https://wip.millibar.com/product/mtcae-5-rs/
The cross-sells should only be products that begin with MTCAE- All products that begin with MTC- should be deleted in the cross-sells area, but I am unable to delete them. This is happening in more than just this product.

Hello @jvedder,

Thanks for writing in!

Regretfully the given password is not working for us. Please double check it.

Meanwhile, please make sure that you have set up your products. Perhaps this links could help:

And since you are using SiteGround, could you please disable the supercacher in your hosting panel? The SuperCacher is developed by SiteGround exclusively for their customers. It increases the number of hits a site can handle and boosts the website loading speed. The SuperCacher includes 4 different caching options for maximum optimization of your websites. You can access the tool by clicking on the SuperCacher icon in your cPanel.

For more information about this, please check it out here: https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/supercacher/supercacher_intro.htm

Hope this helps.

Hope this helps.

I sincerely apologize for the password not working. I have updated and tested that the shared credentials now work. I previously turned off the SuperCacher and deactivated WP rocket.

Hello @jvedder,

Thanks for updating the thread.

I checked the link products tab and tried to delete a product. Upon saving the changes and reloading the page, I can confirm that the product is not deleted. I tried to replicate the problem on my local setup but over there it’s working fine. As you cleared the cache please do the following:

I see that you are using WooCommerce 3.7.0. As of today the supported version of WooCommerce is 3.6.5. To avoid any conflicts and compatibility issues, please downgrade WooCommerce to supported version from Plugins > Installed Plugins by deactivating and deleting WooCommerce. After that using link shared below, download supported version of WooCommerce and install the same from Plugins > Add New.

Thanks.
