WooCommerce Intuit Payments Gateway

Any known Theme conflicts with WooCommerce Intuit Payments Gateway, a Woo extension.

Hello @windhover4,

Thanks for asking.

I searched on the forum to see if there’s tickets regarding compatibility issues with WooCommerce Intuit Payments Gateway but I don’t see any tickets. But since the plugin is developed by WooCommerce, there shouldn’t be any compatibility issues as X Theme follows the development guidelines laid out by the WordPress community.

Thanks.

We have had a disastrous experience with this plugin by SkyVerge. Intuit tells us:
Invalid_grant error can happen in three cases:
1.You request format/body is not correct.
2. The authorization code has been used already.
3. The authorization code is expired (It is valid for 5 minutes).

We have been in the thick of a ticket with SkyVerge for ten days.
Case 00057509:Payment fails, WC log says "Could not reconnect. [ ref:_00DG0COk8._5000f1GBq7g:ref ]

They take 24-48 hours for a turn, even if it is to say they don’t have correct credentials–which we test to be accurate. No call and answer. No commitment to resolving what appears to be a plugin issue.

WooCommerce will not interact on the issue, and merely relay all references to SkyVerge. We have resorted to testing a diminished older QBMS plugin by from PatSaTECH and may have to use this until either SkyVerge gets its act straight or someone comes up with a better solution.

I share because I relied on Themco for the ECommerce referral to WooCommerce, and upon WooCommerce for the SkyVerge Intuit Payments Gateway, and I feel let down by all.

At the outset, I understood this to be more than a WordPress page edit, and I hired a professional Developer to do this work, and this is what he has had to contend with. The meter has been ticking at a fierce rate. There is no support or solution to turn to.

Hey @windhover4,

I’m sorry to hear that but we need to know if X is causing the issue. With that said, please do the following:

  1. If your using a caching plugin, clear all caches and deactivate all third party plugins except the ones needed for this issue.

  2. If you’re using a child theme, switch to the parent theme and record or write down the result and let us know. If the issue is fixed, your customizations could be the one causing the issue.

  3. If the issue persists, switch to the default WordPress theme. If the issue persist, the problem could really be in the plugin your using. In which case, you need to contact them or hire a developer to fix.

If the issue is fixed when you switch to the default theme, the issue could be in X’s WC templates. In this case, we could check what file is causing it but we could not promise an immediate fix. We will post a bug report in our issue tracker so our development team could be made aware once they go through the list of reports.

Thanks.

We confirmed that it is not the Theme or other Plugins by testing as you suggested. It is in the Plugin and the lack of support for problems from the developer SkyVerge.

I’m sorry to hear that. In this case, you will either need to file a bug report to them or find a developer to fix their plugin if you have a tight deadline.

Thank you.
