WooCommerce Geolocation Multicurrency not working

Hi there, I’m using WooCommerce Multilingual plugin and Maxmind GeoIP to create an international online shop. Base country/price is Germany/€. Users should be seeing price and currency according to their country. For now I set up € as currency for all countries except Australia and the US. The US has custom product prices in $ but if I try to access the site from a US IP it still shows prices in € and also not the amount that was set for the specific product. For single product pages I’m using the layout builder.

I’ve been in touch with the hoster (kinsta) but they only could tell me that it’s not cache related (they have a built in cache).

For example this product: [link in secure note]
accessed from the US should have a price of 1990$ (set manually).
Instead it is sowing “1000€” which is the default base locations price and without tax.

It seems that the problem with the 3rd Party plugin, I would suggest you contact the Plugin Author on this. I would also suggest you check by activating any of the default themes like *TwentyTwenty, and if that resolves the issue there might be something else is behind the issue. I would suggest you troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or any other 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If that does not help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
