Woocommerce Fields are Completely Missing

Hello,

My company just absorbed another and we are looking into setting up similar store for our website. Really for now, we are looking to copy and paste it onto our site. However, as I have installed the WooCommerce plugin onto our site, we are missing several of the fields and functions that are on their site.

Here are two screen shots to show what is missing. The first pic is of the site we just got a hold of and the second is of our site.

Any help is appreciated. I am completely lost.

Also, changing the product data does not change the fields either. Thanks

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! Please ensure that all the plugins used in the website is present into your site. Any missing plugin that handles any data will not be imported in your site. It is best that your clone the similar site if you have access to. You may use WP All in One Migration plugin, WP Clone or similar plugins to make sure that all the data will be copied into your site.

If nothing is working, please give us access to both the two sites so that we can compare it.
