Hi team,
I’ve just had a purchaser send an email that they can’t purchase our subscription product. I’ve been able to replicate the issue easily and can see no reason why this error message is coming through.
When you try to purchase any variation of the membership subscription product, you get this message, “Sorry, this product is unavailable. Please choose a different combination.”
Can you please advise ASAP as to how to resolve this? This is our main revenue stream and can’t have people being scared away because they are unable to purchase for some reason.
