WooCommerce Duplicate Order Number in Notification Email - Missing Orders

I’m not sure if this is a theme issue or just a WooCommerce issue. We have a few instances of WooCommerce notification emails with duplicate order numbers. In those cases, the most recent order is the only one that exists in WooCommerce. It seems like the first order gets overwritten. These orders (duplicates #s) don’t occur on the same day.

Do you have any ideas what is happening and how to fix it?

It might be the issue of plugin conflict, I would suggest you please copy the live site to the staging server and then check for the common issue. I would suggest you please deactivate the X/Pro theme and activate the default WordPress theme and then check.
