Is there a way to remove the big ‘Description’ header in single products without setting up a child theme? Can I use CSS in Theme Options?

You can remove the Title of the Single Product page by adding the following custom CSS code into the Theme Options > CSS.

.x-header-landmark .h-landmark
{
    display:none;
}

Please remember that the above code will work if copied as it is and doesn’t conflict with any existing style.
