WooCommerce Default Sorting Not Working or Visible in Dropdown

Hello I have rearranged products using “sorting” in Woocommerce Sorting and I would like this to be “Default”. When I am in my customizer “Default Sorting” shows and the products are as I want them, in the correct order. However, when I just go to the link: https://pinpointstore.wpengine.com/livenation/product-category/house-of-blues/

…the products are in the order of “popularity” or just the last entered product is at the top and “Default Sorting” disappears! Before I literally lose my mind can you please help me understand why this is happening :sunglasses:

I swear Im the king of never mind - and I can honestly say all I did was set something else in WooCommerce >
Product Catalog and then it showed up. These things will make ya nuts I tell ya!

Glad you were able to sort it out.

To set the default sorting option, you can set it under Theme Options > WooCommerce -> Product Catalog -> Default product sorting
