Hi,

I have 2 questions.

1. may I find out how to use the green buttons in the customizer? I am on a product page, but when I adjust, nothing changes e.g Related Products are still showing even though I have off the tab.

2. How do I customize the Add to Cart button on the product page? I have enabled AJAX add to cart buttons in the woocommerce settings. However, when I adjust the colours, nothing changes. It is still with the default grey colour with white font. Nothing changes on hover too.

For issue #1, there could be a 3rd party plugin overriding our setting. Please try do the plugin conflict test

If those don’t help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

For issue #2, the Ajax Add to Cart setting is not for the Add to Cart button but the animated icon that confirms that you’ve added an item to cart when you’re in the Shop and product archive pages.

To change the button color, you need to change the button design of your site in Theme Options > Buttons. More details here https://theme.co/docs/buttons

I have 2 follow-up questions.

1. In the single product page of WooCommerce, is there a way to change the ‘Description’ text in both the box header, as well as the automatically generated header text?

2. In the same page, how can I edit the page and add on a new section where I can input some shortcodes of my own? I will like to input shortcodes from a Testimonial plugin.

To change the “Description” text of WooCommerce product details. It would require custom development. I would suggest you consult a developer who can assist you with your concern or you can avail our service called One, where the customization questions are answered.
