Good day,

Where do I locate this file? I am getting errors, but I can not debug as the file is not in the designated folder.

You can find the file in:

wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/libraries/class-wc-eval-math.php

This has something to do with your WooCommerce settings and your server settings. Please check WooCommerce > Status right in your WordPress dashboard.
