Woocommerce checkout terms and conditions field, is not showing TC page properly

Hi

Woocommerce checkout p, terms and conditions (tc) link, is not showing the tc page properly.
The page looks like this: https://www.happysmiles.dk/handelsbetingelser/
But it looks like this:
Showing the frontpage.

I’ve set it right in the settings.

My site can’t get approved for e-commerce, if this is not fixed.

Thanks for writing in! I have actually tested your site on Chrome, Firefox and Safari, but I could not see such issue.

Could you please provide us with more information of your browser, screen size and OS and also if you can provide a screen-cast, that would be helpful.

Have you tried clicking the “Vilkår og betingelser” link?

I’ve tried om many platforms, mac, windows and android phone.
Safari and Chrome browser. And still the same result.

Hey @rbitfoto,

I’m sorry but I could not login using the credentials you posted. But, I’ve tested the Terms and Conditions page in my test site and it looks like it can’t output V2 elements. Please try changing the elements in your terms page to classic elements.

The Terms page should only be composed of text and must not have design elements so using the default WordPress text editor should also work.

If that does not help, please give us the correct credentials.

Ok

Design wise it has to be designed as it is. It’s a part of the site.
Is it possible på open the link in a new tab?
I don’t like the small opening it makes anyway.

That would require WooCommerce customization. I’ve tested the code from this third party site and it works.

Please just note that we do not support issues arising from custom code. It is possible that it will not work in the future due to WooCommerce upgrades. For that, you will need to contact a third party developer.
