Woocommerce checkout page shows terms and conditions as code

On the Woocommerce checkout page, when I click on ‘terms and conditions’ link the T&C unrolls but it shows as code. How can I fix this?

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! The terms and conditions page seems to use Visual Composer. Please make sure that Visual Composer plugin is active. If you have uninstalled it, you will have to go to X > Overview > Extensions and install it again. After you have activated the plugin, the shortcodes should be gone and the content will be restored.

perfect! I forgot it was an actual page. replaced the old VC code with the T&C
