Woocommerce Checkout Manager Sorting of Fields

So I am running into an issue that baffles me.

I choose the order I want the fields to appear in the management backend, but when I view the site, its sorted in a completely random way.

I have spent the past hour randomly sorting my fields just to see what effect it has on the front end, and I’m clueless.

Any idea how to fix this?

So after some random sorting I was able to get it to appear as I want on the front end. But just to let you know how scuffed this plugin is

Thanks for reaching out.

I couldn’t reproduce this on any of my installation, I also checked and logged the fields passed through woocommerce_checkout_fields and similar filters, and the array order is as saved in the admin and even on front.

Would you mind providing your site’s URL and admin login credentials in a secure note? And if you’re still using the older version of checkout editor, then please update them.

Sure I can, but my only fear is that now that I have it looking the way I want, I would hate for it to be changed and it not work again :’(

Since the fields were now in order, we’ll just leave it that way.
I will just inform our developers and look into this to investigate what could have happened.
