Hi,

Your custom WooCommerce Checkout Manager plugin has quite a few bugs…

  1. Adding a custom dropdown field (example customer prefix: Mr. Mrs., etc.) ignores what is set for the placeholder. We have “Please Select” as the placeholder yet box shows the first option as the placeholder instead. See attachments 2 and 3.

  2. The custom field, even though it’s positioned first on the billing/shipping pages shows below everything else in the admin. And, it displays it twice. See attachment 4.

  3. In the admin, the custom field is depicted in lower case even though it’s capitalized in reality. See attachment 4.

Can you fix this stuff? How’s today sound?

Hey @co50,

I have replicated all of the issues you described.

For #1, for now, you can add “Please Select” as the first item.

For #2, I could not replicate the duplicate display. Please give us access more details on how to replicate this.

For 2 and 3, I’m sorry but we could not fix these as support so I’ll post this to our issue tracker. Bug fixes are prioritized based on severity and complexity. Please stay tuned for updates.
