Hi Nick,

Thank you for writing in, did you add that custom CSS below somewhere? That is causing the issue.

.products.cols-3 {
    display: none !important;
}

Please look for that custom CSS, probably on Theme Options > CSS and remove it.

If the issue persists, please provide us login credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look.
