I’m in the final stages of launching and have gone to “test” a checkout and having big issues which I’m not sure how to fix (or where to even start!)
The checkout page says an error “billing is a required field” “shipping is a required field” even though all required parts of the checkout form have been completed and a shipping method has been selected.
Is it the way I have configured the checkout page? No idea how to fix this!

Thanks for reaching out.
How did you configure your checkout page? It could be the cause since the checkout process has no direct relation to the theme or builder other than styling to match the design. If you did it with a plugin then I recommend contacting the plugin author, or if it’s customization related then a Woocommerce developer will be more helpful.
