WooCommerce Cart and MyAccount Page Blank - PRO

Hello,

My WooCommerce account is set up and working, purchases can be made (the site is not 100% live, but for this discussion, purchases can be made. However, when I click the full pages in the menu, CART and MyAccount, they are blank. If I navigate to CHECKOUT from the modals, this page is functional, but the CART and MY ACCOUNT pages are blank. They are selected properly and hooked up in the WooCommerce setup. Is there something in the theme that is blocking the pages from showing up as WooCommerce pages?? I have deleted and re-installed WooCommerce, but that didn’t help.

Hi There,

Would you try testing for a plugin conflict first. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

My account page should display login form and then cart page should have a message Your cart is currently empty. and button going back to shop page. If this is not cause by any plugin, please share site credentials on a secure note. You don’t have a child theme so this is not a result of any customization unless you have edited the theme directly?

Thanks for updating in! The given password is still not working for us. Please double check it. Meanwhile, I have visited your my account page and it seems that it does not contains the [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode in it. Please set up your WooCommerce pages properly. To get help, please check out this documentation on how you can set it up correctly.
