Woocommerce blank when entering store and product page

It is not possible to view any of the Woocomerce store pages. Upon entering they are completely blank.

I have made some of the suggestions in previous documents but have not had any results.

This is the page with the problem https://www.liohproducts.com/

Hi José,

Thank you for writing in, please navigate to Woocommerce > Settings > General and make sure you have the right page that is set as Shop page.

If the issue persists, please do a Testing for Plugin Conflict.

Let us know how it goes,
Cheers,

I have received this message from WordPress. The conflict is with Cornerstone.

Hello!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site and alerts you via this automated email.

In this case, WordPress has detected an error with one of your plugins, Cornerstone.

First, visit your website ( https://www.liohproducts.com/ ) and check if there are any visible problems. Next, visit the page where the error was detected ( https://www.liohproducts.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php ) and check if there are any visible problems.

Please contact your property for assistance in further investigating this issue.

If your site seems broken and you cannot access your desktop normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This allows you to safely access your desktop and investigate further.

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. However, don’t worry about this: you will receive a new link by email if the error occurs again after it expires.

When looking for help with this problem, you may be asked for the following information:
WordPress version 5.7.1
Current theme: X - Child Theme (version 1.0.0)
Current plugin: Cornerstone (version 5.3.3)
PHP version 7.4.16

Hi José,

The issue you are having might be due to the incompatibility between X and Cornerstone. I would suggest you follow the below steps while updating the X theme and the Cornerstone.

  1. Delete the Cornerstone
  2. After the X theme is updated, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be at the latest version

If that does not resolve your issue, there might be some different reason behind your reason, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Plugin Conflict ** if you haven’t done yet
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Child Theme Related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– FTP/CPanel to access the files

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

I disabled the child theme and the problem has been fixed. But now what should I do to generate a new child theme without conflict and the changes that could have been made?

I guess I have to create a new one or delete the included codes and then try one by one and see which one generates the problem. All the codes included in the functions.php file are associated with WooCommerce. Thank you!

Hi José,

Glad that you are able to find the exact cause of the issue, please let me know if you need any further help on this.

Thanks
