Hello, we’ve run into a glitch with possibly theme and Woocommerce?
Our site is being tested for launch. When “customer” is checking out in cart, the box “Ship to different address” is always ticked revealing all of those many fields. We would like it to be unticked by the default.
I’ve updated the: WooCommerce > Shipping Options > Shipping Destination > Default to “customer billing address”. However, when checking out, “Ship to different address” is still checked by default. Help!

Thanks for the very detailed post information. I can confirmed that the “Default to customer billing address” selection is not working.
This could be caused by a 3rd party plugin. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
You may choose “Force shipping to the customer billing address” if that will apply to your and your product.
