WooCommerce basket shows no columns

Hi there,

in my woo-commerce basket, there are no columns anymore, everything is shown in rows:

can this be caused by any PRO-Theme settings? I do use the latest WP and PRO-Version, but did not update to WooCommerce 4.0 yet.

Best regards

Uli

Hello @ULinn,

Thanks for writing in!

Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

  • Pro theme 3.2.3 or
  • X theme 7.2.3
  • Cornerstone 4.2.3
  • WordPress Core 5.3.2
  • WooCommerce 4.0 (up to 4.0.0 only is supported)

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Please let us know how it goes.

Hie Ruenel,

Can you confirm, that WooCommerce 3.9.3 is causing the problem? A few days ago, the basket was shown correctly.

Best regards

Uli

Hello Uli,

I tried to check your account to find the website in question but you have several licenses so I am not certain which one it is. It could possibly be the version of Woocommerce that is causing it but we cannot verify without checking your setup.

Is there a chance that you can create a staging website then do the updates there to check?

Let us now how it goes.

Hi jade,

I now did an update to woocommerce 4.0.1.- but there are still no columns shown in the basket.

I’ll send you details about the site vie secure note.

Best regards

Uli

Hello Uli,

Thanks for providing the details. However, I tried to login but they don’t seem to work:

Would you mind double checking so we can look into it?

Thank you.

Hi jade,
sorry, without pressing the save-button, a new user does not work
Please try again, should be working right now.
Best regards
Uli

Hi Uli,

It looks like your caching and/or minifying feature is the culprit of this issue because if you look at the screenshot below that is taken when the minifying feature of W3 Total Cache is disabled.

Navigate to Performance > Minify and under the Never minify the following pages: area add this:

bestellformular/warenkorb

Configuring W3 Total Cache: Advanced Minification Settings

This should exclude that cart page being minified. Remember to clear your caches.

Please do note, that we can not really provide support for 3rd party plugins, if the issue persists please contact the W3 Total Cache support.

Hope it helps,
Cheers!
