Woocommerce Archive layout not retrieving products

Hello there,

I am facing an issue on this website (everything in secure note).
I have run all the usual tests / updates / troubleshooting.

The issue :
It seems that when i try to set up a a layout for the main shop archive, no products are retrieved on the main shop page.
The layout is applyed properly and should return dozens of products.
When i unset the layout, i can see results, meaning there is something going on with the layout itself.
I tried to setup a themeco layout but i run into the same issue.
I believe it has something to do with the way the categories are setup. Could you please take a look into this ?

One thing i noticed : When i try to browse

Summary

into the categories, for exemple

/categorie-produit/la-cave/bouteilles/rouge/
I get results !

/categorie-produit/la-cave/bouteilles/
No results

/categorie-produit/la-cave/
No results

Could you please give me a hand on this ? It seems like there is a bug but i can’t find why/how

I have checked and found the problem you listed here. I assume, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

  1. Theme Related Issue
  2. Plugin Conflict
  3. Theme Update related issue
  4. Child Theme Related issue
  5. CSS/JS Customization
  6. Disabling Cache
  7. Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of this helps, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access to the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

As stated above, i already ran the common troubleshooting path, nothing obvious came out.

What are the next steps ?

Please create a staging server and copy your website to it. So we can troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site. Please share the staging server credentials in the secure note.
