one question is will doing this also show analytics for Woocommerce?

If you could please clarify for us whether this will work, or the best way to set it up manually to show Woocommerce analytics.

On top of the question above we are going to be manually inputting the code into a multisite network, the only issue with this is that in the back end we only have one functions.php file, this means that inputting the code there will show both sites analytics into one dashboard which is not what we want as they have separate stores.
