Woocommercce products not showing in essential grid and category pages

Hello,

I am having trouble getting my products to display on essential grid and the product category pages, they was displaying correctly and from what i can tell have disappeared after being updated, please could you have a look?

My site is here

Thank you

I have noticed on the Category Page it displays this warning at the very top:

Warning: First parameter must either be an object or the name of an existing class in /home/…plushinteriorservices.co.uk/wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/helpers.php on line 137

I hop that helps find a solution.

Thanks

Hi There,

Could you please double check on this product: https://plushinteriorservices.co.uk/?post_type=product&p=1164&attribute_pa_size=l?

It seems invalid.

Thanks.

Hi,

That is a demo product i made a draft, will it help if i publish it again?

Thanks

I have managed to fix the product category pages issue, in Theme Options>Woocommerce - Under the Shop section the ‘posts per page’ option was set to false which was causing 1 product to display per page but i simply entered 12 and it is now fixed.

The only issue i have now is that essential grid displays ‘invalid product’ on the home page and i dont know why.

Hi There,

Would you mind providing us with your admin account so we can take a closer look?

Thanks.

Ok I have added login details as secure note to the last post.

I have found the issue, there is a conflict with the Plugin AWS Price Calculator and Essential Grid, when i deactivate this plugin the grid works fine but not when active, this is a plugin i need active so i will leave essential grid on there for you to have a look but will also focus on using ‘The Grid’ plugin instead for my products.

This used to work without error until recent updates.

Thanks

Hi there,

This is not related to the theme and cornerstone update, the issue is because The Grid’s content is being placed to Essential Grid and replacing what’s in there. And something is doing that, so probably your calculator. Have you updated the price calculator? Or maybe it’s due to cache, and disabling one plugin could clear or regenerate the cache.

Do your site has CouldFlare setup? I remember SiteGround has that built-in. Would you mind providing your login credentials for that too? But yes, the issue is between Essential Grid and your calculator, maybe ESG has new structure that has conflicts with the calculator. Maybe the calculator is performing WP queries too?

But maybe this is script related too and we need to find out first if the script that being served is from CF.

Thanks!

I don’t have cloud flare set up but i do use SG Optimizer, I have tried to clear all caches and the issue remains.

I am happy to use ‘The Grid’ instead of essential grid but will also keep essential grid there for now if you want to figure out the issue for other users that may come across this problem in the future.

Thanks for your assistance so far.

Hi there,

Sure, we’ll continue checking and I’ll try duplicating this setup on my end too.

Thanks!
