I have a responsiveness problem with woocomerce cart.
On the first 3 screen sizes everything is OK
But when it comes to small screen sizes, the responsiveness crashes and everything goes to the right and down:
I want the columns disappear as the screen goes smaller like this site made with the Theme:

What you see is WooCommerce’s layout. The cart in your sample website was modified by the user. Regretfully, we do not provide theme modification as part of our theme support. I’d recommend contacting the website owner maybe she can share how she did it.
What I’d do here instead is to post this case to our issue tracker so this will be queued for improvement by our development team.
