Hi,

The product image was left aligned with the title and key points to the right. It is now taking up the top space with the information below. See link below:

Any idea why this has happened?

Hey @tomandersondixon,

It looks like a 3rd party plugin is doing that and not our theme. Please first do a Test For Plugin Conflict. Once you’ve found the conflicting plugin, uninstall it.

If you have done some CSS and especially JS custom coding, please temporarily remove all of them.

Lastly, if it’s not a plugin nor custom code causing that, please Disable Caching and also Disable the Cdn in your site.

Make sure you’re also using the supported WooCommerce version. You can look at the Version Compatibility list here https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility

The issue was the plugin “W3 Total Cache”. Can you recommend anything else similar for the same benefits?
