Woo-Commerce Plugin Conflict

Hi,

After installing and activating the Woo-Commerce Plugin I am no longer able to access the Theme Options tab in Cornerstone. It just keeps on loading:

On the console I get the following error:

I’d be grateful for any help can anyone give on getting this sorted.

Many thanks.

Hey @Avben,

There are lots of factors that can cause that 500 error which is a generic error. Please first try the following troubleshooting steps and possible solutions.

  1. Testing For Plugin Conflict. Leave Pro and WooCommerce only.
  2. Theme Update
  3. Child Theme
  4. Increasing Php Memory Limit
  5. Version Compatibility

Only if none of that helps, please give us the following info in a Secure Note

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin username and password
  • FTP access (if you’re not familiar with this, ask your web host)

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Thanks.

Hey @christian ,

Thanks, it seems to have been a PHP Memory limit issue.

I changed it and it seems to be working now, thanks for the help.

Glad to hear that, @Avben.
