Updated theme, plugins, turned off plugins, verified connection / API on Paypal side of thingsand my Paypal checkout buttons are grayed out. Please Advise.

To troubleshoot the problem I suggest that you change the theme from Pro/X to the default WordPress theme such as Twenty-Twenty. Then please check and see if the payment problem persists.
If yes, then it is not related to our product and you need to contact Woocommerce support or whatever plugin that you used for the payment gateway.
If the problem is fixed by changing the theme it shows that the problem is related to our theme, in such a case please kindly get back to us with the URL/User/Pass of your website using the Secure Note.
I also suggest that you check the Version Compatibility article and make sure that you have the supported version fo the Woocommerce plugin with our theme if the problem is there only when you use our theme.
