When I click on pro theme in the dashboards’s sidebar and scroll to install WooCommerce it says it’s already installed. This is correct because I installed it when I designed my website, but it is no longer working. Also all plugins that require proper functionality from Woo are also not working. Please help.
Hello @fantasy_5,
Thanks for writing to us.
It seems that you have not properly deleted the WooCommerce plugin files I would suggest you please use FTP or cpanel to access the files delete the WooCommerce plugin files(wp-content/plugins/woocommerce
) and reinstall them again. I also noticed that you have multiple child themes, I would suggest that please delete the unused child theme to avoid confusion.
Hope it helps
Thanks
HI,
I thought Woo Commerce came built into the Pro theme. Has this changed? What is the reason they need to be deleted and reinstalled? Will I be reinstalling them from the Pro dashboard or adding the Woo Commerce plugin independently?
Hello @fantasy_5,
I have checked your WooCommerce folder and it seems that there are corrupt files or that something happened that led to the issue. Be advised that the Pro them supports WooCommerce. There has been integration built into the theme. Still, you must install and activate the WooCommerce plugin in the plugins section. I was able to remove the folder and re-installed the plugin.
Please check your site now.
