I have the latest version of woo commerce, I can’t get the cart to work right. I also can get the shipping pluggin for woo commerce to correctly figure shipping. Nor does it want to play nice with facebook link to woo commmerce. I have gone round and round. My tech department at Bluehost has gone round and round. Something is just now working right. Seems to be something in short codes maybe. but we are sure. this needs your theme designers to look at it further see if there something broken in coding.
should also say not a professional web designer , I am teaching myself how to use your theme. Love it most of the time. But advanced coding is little beyond my scope.

Our themes support WooCommerce and it works out of the box in all of the good web hosts I’ve personally tested.
Your web host claims that our theme is causing the issue. Do they have proof? You can tell if our theme is really the cause of the issue if you perform the troubleshooting steps listed here https://theme.co/docs/common-issues
Based on your message, you’re using a Shipping Plugin which was not mentioned in your previous emails. What specific plugin is that? If it’s a paid plugin, we need you to give us WordPress Admin Access to a test website so we could check if our theme is causing an issue. Also detail your setup so we could replicate the issue.
Regarding the Facebook link, our theme doesn’t have such a feature. Would you mind telling us where to find this issue?
We need specific information in order for us to determine if the issue is coming from our theme and we’ll provide help if that is the case.

okay I am here, have you even bothered to see what issue online with my web host tech as we speak
never mind , we are just done with this. I cant get any help from you . no one else understands your theme and they have no luck trying to fix things , now more things are broken and what the did broke wp bakery and took out my Jetpack.

On the other hand, can you give us a scenario on why your cart isn’t working properly? and also as my colleague said, please give us the detailed setup of your website so we could replicate the issue.
