Does anyone know how to make this work in x theme? It appears and i can edit but for some reason it is greyed out on checkout page and it doesn’t let you add to it.

It seems that you are talking about a 3rd party plugin conflict. Unfortunately, 3rd party plugin conflicts are out of our support scope and you need to follow up the case with the developer of the plugin as we are not familiar with the ins and outs of the plugin code.

THey told me that this was an issue with your plugin and that they couldn’t do anyting about it
I’m sorry but what plugin of ours you’re referring to? And, please give us details what exactly in our plugin you’re having an issue with. Please note that we do not have support for third party plugin conflicts. What we can do, if proven that X and/or one of the bundled plugins is causing the issue, is to document the conflict only and post it in our issue tracker so our development team could be made aware once they go through the list of reports.
For now, to quickly test where the issue comes from, switch to the default WordPress theme and check if your third party plugin works. If it does not work, maybe the issue is with X. In that case, deactivate all other plugins and switch to X parent theme and check again then document your findings.
