Woo commerce chart not showing on smaller screens and mobile

Hi, I’m using Woocommerce in X-Pro. Suddenly, the chart with the products is not showing on smaller screens and mobile … can you please check how I can fix this? Thanks so much! My sales are really important in these Corona times as I can’t work.

Thanks for writing in! This issue were already resolved in the latest version. I can see that you are using Pro 3.0.4. Can you please update to the latest versions? Our latest versions are:

• Pro theme 3.2.3
• WordPress core 5.3.2
• Woocommerce 4.0

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Hi, I think everyhing is updated, Xtheme is 3.2.3, Woo 4.0, Wordpress 5.4.
But I still don’t see the shop chart on mobile or smaller screens. It just disappears.
Maybe you can check?

I have checked your cart page in smaller screen. I cannot replicate any issue at all.
This is what I am seeing:

Please clear your mobile browser cache or use private browsing mode and test your cart page again.
