Your Woo Checkout Manager plugin has a bug where if you make entering your State mandatory (as it should be) any orders from foreign countries that do not have states (eg. Germany) result in the order being blocked with an error “Billing State is required”. There is no state field for these countries so the user cannot complete the order.

Thanks for writing in! I can confirmed that this is a bug. I’ve submitted this to our issue tracker so the developers will be made aware of it. Once they’ve fixed it, it will be updated and rolled out in the next release update cycle.
