Couple of questions:
Can I add a heading? I don’t see a field type for this.
I’d like to have a heading for my custom fields, then have “Additional Information” with “Order Notes” underneath. At the moment it’s all lumped together:
URL and access details to follow.
Second issue:
Custom fields don’t display correctly on order summary page after payment

Thank you for writing in, those extra fields are consider as Additional Information, so they all grouped with the Order Notes. It could be possible with custom development but I’m afraid this would be outside of the scope of the support that we can offer.
Regrading your second issue, please clarify how we can replicate it. Perhaps provide us screencast.
