Hey @warnerbro,
I’ve tested the latest version of Pro, X, and Cornerstone along with the compatible WooCommerce version and I could not replicate the issue. That means the problem could be unique to your website. With that said, please do the following troubleshooting steps first before we investigate if this is an issue with our theme and builders.
-
Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/docs/product-updates for more details.
-
Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. Please do not be selective. Deactivate all third-party plugins except X, Cornerstone and WooCommerce. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. If found the conflicting plugin, report the case to the plugin author.
-
If you’re using a child theme, switch to the parent theme. This will quickly tell you if a custom code in your child theme is causing the issue.
Only if none of that helps, provide us with WordPress Admin and FTP access in a Secure Note.
Thanks.
