Wondering How to Change Size of Headings?

When writing posts, I would like to use H2 headings but they are too big - how can I make them smaller along with h3 h4 etc…

I also am wondering if the headings can change size as the user changes screen size px, right now the desktop and mobile headings are the same size. It looks kinda bizarre.

Thanks for reaching out.
You need to write the custom CSS code to adjust the h2 font size or decrease the font size as per screen size. I would suggest you go through the following article on the breakpoints and the media query.
