Window.print() final document without colors

I’m trying to add a print button on a page, but the final document has no colors. I’m using global colors, could that be the problem? any idea?

Thanks for writing in! Depending on the browser, it has its own print default settings. You may need custom @print CSS code to select which elements retain the most styling when printed. Perhaps this media can help:
