Will upgrading from X theme Version 4.6.4 to 7 break my site?

I have an old site that I’ve been trying to update and cannot access the customizer.

Thanks for reaching out.

I suggest that you copy your live website to your staging area then do the updates there and let see if there’s an error when upgrading x theme 4.6.4 to 7. On the other hand, don’t forget to take a backup where you can revert point.
