Hi,

I’m having problems with sidebar widgets showing at the bottom of the page after the footer, and some between paragraphs advert codes are also showing at the bottom of the page or sometimes none at all. Can you please help me with this?

Thanks for reaching out.

It appears to be Ad widget issue as I’m getting an error from its script. Have you tried contacting the author of the Ad widget? Unfortunately, it’s something can’t be fixed since the script files are hosted by them. Please contact the author about this issue.

ok, so it’s the widget that’s causing the problem, not the theme or ad company.is that right?

Yes, it’s not the theme, but it’s the Ad company’s widget. Please contact them about the issue.

What I’m not sure if it’s their widget and just using it, but based on the code, it’s an Ad widget.

ok, the ad widget is a plugin, so I’ve removed that and put the ad code in custom html widget. but it’s still not showing. any ideas?

Yes, it has the same code either with plugins or just custom HTML :slight_smile:

Please contact them about this Ad issue, there is no issue with the layout or theme script, it’s just their Ads is failing to work properly.
