Widget panel not showing options

Unable to manage Content Dock or any other widget. Host says it’s a theme-related error…? It’s not a plugin conflict (all plugins are off) and all software is up to date. Using the Pro theme.

Thanks for reaching out.
I would suggest you activate any default theme and check if the widgets work. If the issue only occurs on Pro, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks for getting back to me. Looks like there is something with the Bluehost hosting environment, so I will pursue it with them… again. I’m working on a staging site. Hope they can figure it out.
