Widget not showing up

I have been working with a filter plugin to filter products on our site also using Woo. I created a sidebar with the sidebar anywhere info I found in your documentation but the content in this area is not showing on the site. I turned off other plugins to test and still nothing. i can see the content, the short code coming up commented out in the area for the filter I set up but neither that content or just plain text is showing up on the page. I can show the page, but it is a staging site and to view the page I will need to white list an IP to actually get in and review the site.

I will try to upload an image of the rendered code, if someone needs into the site I can get your IP added to review if you can. This site is verified although not on my account, its a new employer I am working with, but they are verified just not on my account.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please note that some filters will only display on certain sections of a WooCommerce install as detailed within the documentation here https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-widgets/#section-5

So make sure you’ve assigned the sidebar to the correct page. Some filters need some product configurations, make sure to go through your filter plugin documentation and correctly configure products.

If you still have issues, It would be better if we can see the problem first hand, I would recommend that you create a staging site. This is very useful because you can test drive any X and Pro updates in the staging area, do the customization and troubleshooting without disrupting your live site. Once everything is perfect, you can easily and flawlessly proceed the update in the live site.
