Widget Code won't register

Greetings,

I copied and pasted a widget code into my webpage, and it shows loading rather than displaying the content of widget. I used Widget Text with the code.

Any idea why it just shows “loading” on this page?

I checked your site it seems that there is a JS console error, it might be due to plugin conflict or JS customization issue. It might be the reason behind your issue. I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

  1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
  2. CSS/JS Customization
  3. Version Compatibility
  4. Disabling Cache

If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

Found it–both of my social media icon plugins were a mess so I deactivated. Where is the best place to put that widget information?
