wene im clicking on appearance/widgets its only shows “gutenberg-widgets”

didn’t had this issue yesterday.

Although it does not seems that the issue is related to our product, still, we’ll be interested to know why our theme is causing such issues.
I would also suggest you troubleshoot a few common issues before we examine your site at staging.

1. Theme Related Issue
2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
3. Child Theme Issue

We would also like to know, how it works after activating any default theme like TwentyTwenty.
If that does not help you, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username / password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hi Gil,

I log in to your website and go to Appearance > Widgets then the widget page is just working fine on my end, I can’t replicate the issue on my end using your website.

I advise you to clear your browser cache. Hope that helps.

Hello Gil,

I checked your website dashboard It seems that your “Gutenberg” plugin is causing the issue.
I would recommend you temporarily disable the “Gutenberg” plugin and then check it again.

I tested it on your server and after deactivating the plugin widgets page was working fine at my end.
