Why Social buttons won't show in Footer?

Is there a reason why the social button’s I inserted into the Widget Footer isn’t showing on the webpage? See example here image|690x370

Thanks for writing in! You have inserted an incorrect image file link. It is best that you send us your site URL so we can check. The WP details would also be great. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
