I didn’t find any issue in your navigation bar. It’s work as expected. Please check this video.

If you are talking about the gap coming when you forcefully drag the page when there no content anymore. Then this a usual behavior of a site having a sticky header.

If you are talking about some other issue please let us know with a screencast video of your issue so that we can have a look and suggest you better.
